Deliverables
Jointly develop DevOps Execution Strategy, Financial models, Roadmaps, Reference Models, Proofs, Baselines. Provides a solid step-off point to begin a DevOps transformation.
Activities
Work with leaders and managers to create a DevOps adoption strategy, including a comprehensive roadmap and funding scenarios. Includes various checkpoints such as reference service models, reference application POCs, and metrics baselines.

DevOps - Transformation

Deliverables
Depends on the client situation and path they choose. For Type 1 activities, a senior consultant and SMEs will be available to lead and guide the clients through their transformations on a fractional or full time basis. For Type 2 activities, the deliverable will be a managed service built and operated by Kingsmen-Flowstates (KSFS), or a Mentored arrangement where capability ownership is split between the client and KSFS (MADOPP Models).
